Throughout Christmas and the New Year, we try to be available for you as much as possible. However, we are working with a limited number of people on the help desk. If you have any non-urgent issues, please save them until after the holidays if possible.

Help desk
Our international help desk will work with you to setup, install and support your management software, providing friendly telephone advice and online PC-to-PC support. We can communicate with customers in twelve different languages. With an agricultural passion our highly educated support team are proud to communicate with a ‘farmer’s heart and ICT know how’ so that when you need help you are straight through to a specialist who really understands your business.

Administration
Our administration department will be more than happy to answer all your questions about your annual contract, invoices, cancellations, order status, etc. We will be able to help you on the phone in Dutch, English and German. If another language is required, please send an email.
