UNIFORM-Agri to rely on more and younger shoulders starting January 2025
After a thorough preparation process, a new leadership team will take over management of UNIFORM-Agri on January 1st, marking the start of an exciting new chapter for the company.
The new Executive Board will consist of Tineke Ammerlaan – Sieperda as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Elsbeth Brouwer as Chief Operating Officer (COO), and Arnold Evertsen as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Harm-Jan van der Beek will, after 35 years of successfully leading the company, remain closely connected to UNIFORM-Agri for at least the next two years. During this time, he will mainly focus on business development and ensure a smooth transfer of his responsibilities to the new management team. His continued involvement will provide valuable continuity as UNIFORM-Agri transitions into this next phase.
